Unarmoured Power Cables

for Reliable and Efficient Electrical Solutions

Unarmoured  power cables are important for indoor and underground electrical installations where mechanical protection is not required. They are designed for flexibility and durability as they ensure seamless power transmission in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. They have high quality insulation and superior conductivity as a cost-effective and efficient solution for various electrical applications. Industries can use these cables in controlled environments or conduit systems, these cables guarantee safety, reliability, and long-lasting performance.

Unarmoured Power Cables Specifications

Unarmoured  power cables are manufactured for electrical installations where mechanical protection is unnecessary as these power cables offer excellent conductivity, flexibility, and insulation which makes them an ideal choice for various applications. The conductor material used in these cables are Copper / Aluminum with Stranded / Solid type and available in various sizes based on application requirements.

The insulation materials used in these cables are PVC / XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene) with voltage rating between 300V to 33kV (depending on cable type) and also temperature range between  -15°C to +90°C. The sheath material used in these power cables are PVC / LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) in various colors such  Black, Red, Blue, Yellow, or customized as per standards. The voltage rating is for low voltage up to 1kV and medium voltage 1kV to 33kV. The standard compliance for these cables are IEC 60502-1 / IEC 60228, BS 6004 / BS 5467, IS 694 / IS 1554 and RoHS & REACH Compliant.
