Electrical Grade Insulation Crepe Kraft Paper
We are known for offering a wide range of Electrical Grade Insulation Crepe Kraft Paper, which is used as insulation in manufacture of oil cooled transformers, current transformers of types IMB, CT & CVT as leads and shields. These papers are widely appreciated by our clients as the pH value of the paper remains intact, a little more towards acidic as preferred in transformer insulation. Besides, this Paper is used to cover copper conductors having various cross sectional shapes that is bent at an angle of 1800.
To manufacture these papers, we make use of fibers of pure wood pulp that ensure that papers are in compliance with international quality standards. Moreover, these papers are chemically neutral with low ash, chloride and sulphide content.
The base kraft paper is available with the thicknesses of:
• 1.5 mil (40 microns)
• 2.0 mil (50 microns)
• 2.5 mil (65 microns)
• 3.0 mil (75 microns)
• 4 mil (100 microns)
• 5.0mil (125 microns)
Further, we also hold expertise in providing kraft papers with thickness above 5 mil as per the requirements of our clients. Further, the elongation is available in varied specifications ranging from 10% to 300 %. We offer these papers in the form of jumbo rolls of 1000 mm (1 meter) width or in slitted pads.
